As Chief Creative Officer at Next CoLab, Michael leads the design and interaction philosophy behind the platform, combining behavioral science, minimalism, and design thinking to create a frictionless experience that leverages AI to transform how teams meet, align, and collaborate. A Strategic Futurist with over 20 years in architecture, education, and digital innovation, Michael now guides the vision and brand experience at Next CoLab. He designs intuitive systems where AI augments human collaboration—shaping human-centric experiences that enhance decision-making and unlock collective intelligence in the new era of work.
Michael Pollack is President and Chief Operating Officer at Next CoLab where he leads operational excellence, growth strategy and enterprise partnerships to scale the company’s market impact. He brings decades of senior leadership experience at J.P. Morgan, Citi, SEI and Gen II where he guided large global teams and drove technology and AI enabled transformations that reshaped operations and client engagement. At Next CoLab Michael applies this blend of strategic insight and innovation to transform meeting intelligence into measurable enterprise value helping organizations turn conversations into alignment, decisive action and sustained performance gains.
Molly Anderson is the Chief Product Officer at Next CoLab, where she leads the design of our meeting intelligence platform—fusing behavioral science, AI, and enterprise-ready UX to transform how organizations drive alignment, accountability, and results. A seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in organizational development and change leadership, Molly has advised Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures on how to scale culture, leadership, and performance. She is the founder of Exponential Talent and author of The Corporate Lattice (Harvard Business Review Press), a widely cited blueprint for the future of work. At Next CoLab, Molly translates cutting-edge research into intuitive, evidence-based products that teams adopt organically—products that improve collaboration, strengthen culture, and deliver measurable ROI.
Brooks Wood is CTO at Next CoLab, leading the design and delivery of our flagship products—Pulse meeting intelligence dashboards and Collective Intelligence insights. A serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience, he has founded and grown ventures including Helpp.ai, raftmind, and fwrd thinking, and served as CTO at Wave Therapeutics and CIO at Beacon Communications. At Next CoLab, Brooks drives technical vision, security, and scalability—connecting AI, enterprise software, and IoT to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that transform how organizations work and decide.
Dan Lykken is a Strategic Advisor to Next CoLab, guiding growth strategy, operations, and market expansion. A seasoned operator and investor, he has held executive roles in high-tech companies, served as a partner at a Seattle-based venture firm, and coached CEOs scaling businesses. Dan brings a track record in go-to-market execution, revenue operations, and capital strategy—positioning Next CoLab to capture market share and drive sustainable investor returns.

Melodie Walker is Lead Product Enablement & Design at Next CoLab, where she blends strategic execution, analytical rigor, and design thinking to deliver a seamless and trusted product experience. With a decade in organizational consulting and background in psychology and neurobiology, she has led research initiatives, survey design, and interface development. This background grounds her current work in evidence-based decision making and user-centric design. At Next CoLab, Melodie ensures each product release is not only technically sound but also visually compelling, strategically aligned, and built for long-term trust.
KC Brunk is Lead Data Scientist at Next CoLab, where he develops and validates the models behind our meeting intelligence platform. With degrees in Chemistry and Applied Physics from UC Davis and research experience in astrophysics and planetary science, KC brings both technical precision and creative systems thinking. At Next CoLab, he ensures our AI is reliable, fair, and actionable—building trust by turning complex data into credible insights that guide collaboration and performance.
Emily Landis is Lead Organizational Scientist & Product Strategist at Next CoLab, where she applies a decade of experience in organizational development, research psychology, data analytics, and inclusive communication to the future of meeting intelligence. She translates behavioral science into practical frameworks and product decisions, turning multidimensional team dynamics into measurable, actionable data. By combining her expertise in team performance research with applied prompt design, Emily ensures the platform leverages the scaling potential of AI while grounding results in scientific rigour and practical relevance.
Liam Zalitach shapes the visual and narrative identity of Next CoLab, driving both brand strategy and product design with a focus on clarity, energy, and usability. With over 10 years leading creative campaigns for global brands like Red Bull, Ubisoft, and Epic Games, Liam brings rare range—from high-level marketing strategy to hands-on design. At Next CoLab, he contributes directly to the look, feel, and function of the meeting intelligence dashboard—ensuring that every interaction is visually intuitive and emotionally resonant.
Eeesha Majeed is a 4th-year product design student at Stanford’s d.school, joining Next CoLab as a summer Product Design Intern. She brings hands-on experience in user research, prototyping, and branding from roles at Canairy, STAR Stories, and the Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students—where she worked on product launches, market positioning, and partnerships. At Next CoLab, she contributes to creating intuitive, impactful tools that elevate user experience and engagement.
